The iPhone version of Worms is now available to download from the App Store.
The Apple edition of the turn-based blaster sports 50 challenges & quick play modes in single player, plus four-player multiplayer support with random level creation.

EA has formed a new studio named 8lb Gorilla which will focus on mobile games.
Apparently, the team is made up of twenty-something year old developers tasked to create “indie-style simple pick up and play iPhone games” and release ‘em on a monthly basis.
Zombies & Me will be the first game out of the gate and features quick, motion-controlled gameplay where you must lead zombies to areas where the government is dropping missiles.

Modern Warfare 2 is coming to phones, courtesy of mobile developer Glu.
The mobile version of Infinity Ward's mental shooter will be published on Android, Blackberry, BREW, J2ME and Windows Mobile in Q4 this year, the developer has revealed - though we're a bit shirty over its failure to mention any iPhone version what-so-ever...

Mass Effect Galaxy has finally made its way to the iTunes App store.
In the game you take control of Jacob Taylor, a biotic-powered super soldier, to stop alien terrorist from causing a biological massacre.
The game will set you back $4.99 and has some pretty decent looking artwork, birds-eye action sequences, and, of course, dialogue trees.

PopCap Games’ iPhone slash iPod Touch title Peggle is less than a dollar on the App Store and will remain so until June 14.
The title debuted on the App Store in May for $4.99. So, that means you save money if you choose to buy now.

This is interesting, and slightly odd...BioWare is apparently prepping a new "animated presentation" of Mass Effect for Apple's iPhone and iPod Touch featuring top-down, arcade-style space combat while following the exploits of a new lead character, Jacob Taylor, who is described as a "biotic-powered super soldier"....
